徐会娟,籍贯山东省菏泽市,环境科学博士,华南农业大学资源环境学院土壤科学系讲师,博士毕业于中国科学院城市环境研究所。
主要研究领域
研究方向主要包括土壤有机污染物(农药、抗生素)的迁移、转化和生物强化降解、重金属/有机污染土壤中的氮素循环过程及土壤动物对氮循环的调节研究。
主要学术成果
通过油菜的盆栽实验研究了生物炭对酸性土壤微生物群落结构组成及氮循环相关微生物的影响,结果表明生物炭会提高土壤pH、总碳、总氮和离子交换量,促进油菜的生长,并且会增加土壤微生物的α-多样性,改变氮循环相关的微生物组成;生物炭修复会刺激土壤的硝化和反硝化过程,但由于促进了N2O更彻底的还原为N2,从而降低了温室气体N2O的排放。本研究结果已发表在国际刊物Environmental Science & Technology上。利用454测序技术和约束性排序分析——典范对应分析研究了中国城市公园土壤细菌群落组成的主要驱动因子。结果表明,土壤pH是影响中国城市公园土壤细菌群落组成最主要的驱动因子。本研究结果已发表在国际刊物FEMS Microbiology Ecology上。
