In order to further strengthen students' awareness of low-carbon life and ecological protection, and call on the vast number of SCAU students to actively participate in the construction of ecological civilization. On the evening of May 24th, the third Eco-Environmental Protection Science and Technology Festival of our College held a lecture on environmental protection knowledge with the theme of "waste reuse". The speaker was Dr. Lu Huixiong, Associate Professor of the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering of the College.

Dr. Lu Huixiong explained the importance of waste reuse by saying, "in fact, there is no garbage in the world, and garbage is resources that have been misplaced."

Dr. Lu Huixiong listed some creative small production and his own experience in daily life, and encouraged students to integrate environmental protection into their daily life.

At the end of the lecture, the students enthusiastically asked questions and put forward their own doubts and views to Dr. Lu.

This lecture publicized the knowledge of low-carbon life and environmental protection, gives students some thoughts and inspiration on waste recycling, and encourages students to achieve low-carbon environmental protection in their daily life and contribute to the protection of the environment.
